Reddin-Clancy was appointed by Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund to act for them on the 76,000 sq ft office building against Unilever who were represented by a well known west end company who had acted for the previous landlords over 30 years.
The lease had 59 years to run and a 10 year review pattern.
Reddin-Clancy achieved a £287,000 increase in spite of the arguments against the length of term and the rent review pattern.
It is interesting to note the previous increase over 27 years was £63,000.
