Derek Reddin-Clancy He has 40 years’ experience of giving evidence to courts, arbitrators and Independent Experts and in 2018 also qualified as a mediator.
Derek has also been on the President of the Royal Institution’s panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts for 20 years and therefore brings to such proceedings the skills of both “gamekeeper and poacher.”
